A structured path from first conversation to live, and beyond.
Complifly is introduced with a consultant, not left as a self-serve set-up. This is what happens, who does what, and who has to agree before you go live.
Seven phases
The same path for every customer. A consultant leads it with you; where something is yours to do, we say so.
Kick-off
You name an administrator, an ERP owner and a signatory. We set up your company and its registrations.
Set-up
Users, GSP details and numbering are configured, working down a shared checklist so both sides see what is left.
Integration
Your ERP team and our consultant set up the feed and map the fields, and test with sample documents.
Dry run
You run real invoices through. Validation errors are found and fixed with the consultant before anything is filed.
Readiness review
Together we check readiness against the checklist and agree what, if anything, still blocks go-live.
Go-live
A second person at Complifly approves it. The decision, and what it was based on, is recorded.
Close support
For a period after go-live your consultant stays close while your team gets used to live operation. The length is agreed in your proposal.

- Judges readiness against a shared checklist, and explains any blocker in plain language.
- Asks a second person to approve go-live, and records the decision.
You

- Provide GSP details if you already use a GSP.
- Provide a sample export from your ERP and the ERP-side work, where your ERP needs it.

Common questions
Can we go live without a consultant?
During the pilot, no. Every customer is onboarded with a Complifly consultant, so that readiness is judged by a person who knows your set-up.
How long does it take?
It depends mainly on your ERP and how quickly the ERP-side work is done. We give you an indicative plan in your proposal, in phases rather than promised dates.
What if something fails the checklist?
A blocking issue means we do not go live yet, and the consultant tells you exactly why and what fixes it. A warning is recorded and discussed but need not hold you back.
Is anything switched on automatically?
No. Passing the checklist does not switch you to live. Go-live is a decision that a person approves.
