Your first 180 days
Going live is not the end of the relationship. A named person reviews your set-up with you on a cadence that is written into your proposal.
The pattern
The usual rhythm for a new customer. The exact cadence is stated in your proposal.
About 30 days
A first review: how documents are flowing, what has been rejected and why, and whether anything in the set-up needs tuning.
About 90 days
A fuller review with your finance or compliance lead: what is configured against what you are actually using, and what is still open.
About 180 days
A step back: what has improved since go-live, what has not, and what to do about it.
After that
Regular reviews, usually quarterly, for as long as you are a customer.
What a review is
A review is a conversation led by a named person at Complifly, using your own documents and set-up. It is not a dashboard you log in to. Each finding is explained, and you decide with us which ones become actions.
Findings turn into actions only because a person chooses to take them, and each action is closed with a note saying what was done.
Who is involved
A success owner
Your day-to-day contact at Complifly, who knows your set-up and your history with us.
An assessment owner
The person who prepares each review from your documents and set-up.
A review owner
The person who holds the review with you and records what was agreed.
Keep expectations realistic
Reviews depend on people keeping the calendar. They are not automatic alerts, and we do not promise to spot a problem before you do. They are a structured time to look at your set-up together.
