Questions we are asked most
Short answers, with a link to the page that has the detail.
The pilot
Is Complifly generally available?
Complifly is in pilot. We bring on a small number of customers deliberately, each with a consultant. See How we work.
What does a pilot customer get?
A consultant-led onboarding, a go-live that a second person approves, and reviews with a named person afterwards.
Pricing and buying
How much does it cost?
There are four plans (Starter, Growth, Enterprise and Custom) with published prices. See Pricing. Add-ons and anything beyond a plan are priced in your order.
Can we pay online?
Yes, once we have agreed scope and issued you an order. You enter the order reference and your registered email or PAN on the payment page. You cannot buy anonymously, and paying does not activate your account: we verify the payment and a consultant then starts onboarding.
How quickly do you respond?
We contact you within one business day. For a Health Check, you receive your report within five business days and a walkthrough call within seven, counted from when you finish the questionnaire. See Service levels for what we commit to.
Is there a free trial?
There is no automatic self-serve trial. Where a trial helps your evaluation, it is agreed and written into your proposal.
Can I cancel, or get a refund?
Before we activate your account, yes: we refund the payment in full. After activation, your plan runs to the end of the period you have paid for. Plans do not renew automatically and we never charge you without an order. Duplicate and mistaken payments are always refunded. See the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Onboarding
Who sets it up?
A Complifly consultant leads it with you, through seven phases from kick-off to close support. See the onboarding journey.
What does “ready to go live” mean?
No blocking issue is left on the shared checklist. It does not mean a perfect score, and it does not switch you to live by itself.
What happens after go-live?
A named person reviews your set-up with you, typically at about 30, 90 and 180 days, then regularly. The cadence is in your proposal.
Your ERP
Which ERPs do you support?
Dynamics 365 (Finance & Operations and Business Central) and Tally have a supported integration path. SAP, Oracle and others connect through our REST API, with development on the ERP side. See Your ERP.
Do we need developers on our side?
For SAP, Oracle and other ERPs connecting through the API, yes. We tell you how much before you commit.
Data and security
What do you do with the details I give in a form?
We use them to respond to your request, as set out in the Privacy Policy, which you accept before you submit.
Do you track visitors?
No cookies are set for advertising or analytics. We count page views in aggregate, with no identifier, IP address or browser detail, so we cannot tell which visitor viewed what. We honour Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. See the Cookie Policy.
Do you hold a security certification?
Not at present. See Compliance and assurance for what we can do instead, such as completing your security questionnaire.
Support
How do I get support?
Existing customers use their named contact first, or the support option on the contact page. You can also write to Complifly@s3infotech.in.
Is there a status page?
Not yet, so we make no uptime statement on this site. See Status.
Do you have a service level agreement?
We publish what we commit to today, for enquiries and Health Checks, on the Service levels page. We do not yet publish an uptime figure or support response targets for every customer: where a customer needs them, they are agreed in its order.
