Data Fiduciary
For the personal data of people who contact us through this website, and of named users of the service.
Data Processor
For the tax documents your organisation processes through the platform (invoices, GSTINs, IRNs, e-way bills), under a written agreement. Your organisation stays responsible for their lawful basis.
On this website
We ask first. Every form shows the Privacy Policy and asks you to accept it before you submit.
We keep the evidence. We record the notice version, the time, your IP address and browser against your request.
We keep it separate. Optional updates are a separate, unticked choice and never a condition of your request.
We count, we do not track. No advertising or analytics cookies. Page views are counted in aggregate with no identifier, IP address or browser detail, so we cannot tell which visitor viewed what. See the Cookie Policy.
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction or erasure, nominate someone to act for you, withdraw consent, and raise a grievance. Write to privacy@complifly.in and quote your reference.
For customers
The platform includes a Data Privacy module for consent, grievances and evidence. Which modules are in scope for you is agreed in your proposal.
Your data, start to finish
You own the data you put into Complifly, and we process it only to provide the service to you.
We will sign a data processing agreement with you on request.
At the end of your agreement we make your data available for you to export for the period in your order, then delete it, except for what the law requires us to keep.
