Readiness and go-live
We tell you exactly why you are, or are not, ready. And we do not switch you to live until a second person at Complifly has approved it.
What “ready” means
Ready does not mean a perfect score. It means there is no blocking issue left. A blocking issue is something that would stop live operation from working or would leave you exposed, and your consultant explains each one in plain language, with what fixes it.
Warnings are different. They are recorded and discussed with you, and they do not hold up go-live unless you and we agree they should.
What the checklist covers
One shared checklist, grouped so that each owner knows which part is theirs.
Configuration
Your company, financial calendar and registrations are set up correctly.
ERP connectivity
Documents flow from your ERP, and what comes back reaches it.
GSP
A provider is assigned and its credentials work.
Security and users
The right people have the right access, and approvals sit with the right roles.
Operational set-up
Numbering, masters and the practical settings that live operation depends on.
Compliance set-up
Your compliance profile is configured for how you operate.
Validation
Real documents have been run through and the validation results understood.
Open work
Nothing is left outstanding that would block go-live.
How go-live is decided
The consultant proposes
When the checklist shows no blocking issue, your consultant proposes go-live and records what it was based on.
A second person approves
Someone other than the proposer at Complifly reviews it and approves, or sends it back with a reason.
You sign off
You confirm on your side that you are ready to proceed.
Go-live is completed
The date is recorded. If something changes afterwards, we revisit the decision with you.
What this means for you
You can rely on
- A reason for every blocker, in plain language.
- Two people at Complifly agreeing before you go live.
- A record of who decided, when, and on what basis.
We do not do
- Switch you to live automatically because a checklist passed.
- Ask you to declare yourself ready on a form.
- Hold you to a perfect score.
