You can enter anywhere in this path: not everyone starts with a Health Check. What does not change is that payment comes after agreement, that it is made against an order we issue, and that activation is a person's decision.
Founding Customer and Design Partner are not plans. They are programmes that sit on top of a plan. See Programmes.
Common questions
Can I pay without talking to anyone?
No. Payment is made against an order that Complifly issues after we have agreed scope with you, so that you pay for the right thing and we know who you are. We do not sell to buyers we have not identified.
What do I need to pay?
The order reference from your email and either your registered email address or your PAN. Nothing else, and you cannot change the plan or amount.
Does paying activate my account?
No. We record your payment and verify it against the payment gateway. Your consultant then contacts you to start onboarding and a person decides when you go live.
What if I pay twice, or by mistake?
Tell us. We refund duplicate and mistaken payments in full, through the payment gateway.
Can I cancel, and do plans renew automatically?
Before we activate your account, you can cancel and we refund the payment in full. After activation, the plan runs to the end of the period you have paid for. It never renews automatically: a new order is issued and paid for each period. The Refund and Cancellation Policy has the detail.
What does 'Scope confirmed in your order' mean?
The capability exists, but what each plan includes of it is stated in your order rather than here. We never sell something marked 'Not yet available'.
Is GST included?
Prices are shown before GST. GST is added where it applies and is stated on your order.
What if I need more volume or something different?
