What a Health Check report looks like
An illustration, with a fictional company. Every report starts with the line “Based on what you told us” and says plainly that it is a reviewed statement of your position, not an audit.
Example Industries Pvt Ltd (fictional) — based on what you told us
Reviewed by a Complifly consultant. This report describes your position as you stated it. It is not an audit of your systems or filings, and it contains no score.
1. Your process, as you described it
| Topic | What you told us |
|---|---|
| ERP | Tally |
| Registrations | 2–10 GSTINs |
| Monthly e-invoices | 1,000–10,000 |
| Monthly e-way bills | Under 1,000 |
| How you generate today | Through a GSP portal and Excel upload |
| Who generates | Finance |
| People involved | 4–10 |
| Where it hurts | IRN rejections; manual rework |
| Timeline | 1–3 months |
2. Where your process appears exposed
Drawn only from your answers.
- Rejected invoices are corrected by hand and re-submitted, so rework grows with volume.
- Generation is split between a portal and spreadsheets, which makes it hard to see one status for each document.
- With several GSTINs, there is no single view of what has been generated, rejected or is still waiting.
3. Fit against the ERP paths we support
Tally is one of the ERP paths we support. We would confirm your Tally version and any add-ons in the first call, and tell you what the integration would involve on your side before you commit.
4. An indicative onboarding plan
Phases, not dates. Dates are agreed in a proposal.
Kick-off
Name an administrator, an ERP owner and a signatory; set up the company and its GSTINs.
Set-up and integration
Users and GSP details; connect and map Tally; test with sample documents.
Dry run
Run real invoices through and fix what validation finds.
Readiness review and go-live
Review readiness together; a second person at Complifly approves go-live.
5. Suggested next step
A demonstration focused on Tally and on working across several GSTINs, followed by a proposal if it looks like a fit.
6. Questions we would ask next
- How are rejected invoices tracked today, and by whom?
- Which of your GSTINs account for most of your volume?
- What would you want from a first review after go-live?
